Mcgill Curl-up 3 x 15 sec

Birddog 2 x 8

Side Plank 2 x 20 sec

A1) Seated Jump 3 x 5

A2) Stir the Pot 3 x 15

B) Squat 5 @ 60kg, 5 @ 100, 3 @ 145, 4 @ 170, 4 @ 195, 4 @ 220 (belt), 3 @ 225kg  (belt) – just felt terrible tonight so I stopped here.

C) 3 Count Pause Bench 3 @ 255, 4 x 3 @ 275lbs

D) DL 3 @ 120kg, 3 @ 170, 1 @ 200/220/240kg  (belt)

E) RDL 3 x 5 @ 170kg

F1) Chin-up 5 x 5

F2) Back Extension 3 x 12

Overall not a good session, need to get more sleep to recover better.
