McGill Curl-up 3 x 15 sec

Side Plank 2 x 20 sec

TRX Row 4 x 12

a1) Repeat Vertical Jump 3 x 5

a2) Stir the Pot 3 x 15

b1) High Bar Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 8 @ 285, 8 @ 335, 2 x 8 @ 380 (belt), 8 @ 405 (belt)

b2) Push-up with Hands on KBs 3 x 12

c1) Deadlift 5 @ 315, 5 @ 365, 3 x 5 @ 415 (straps) – with pulling twice a week plus cleans a few days, I am going to use straps on this day to save my hands and thumbs from hook grip.

c2) Calf Raise 3 x 15

d) SL KB DL 3 x 10 @ 80lbs
