Steep Hill Sprint 3 sets x 5 reps, 30 sec btw reps, 60 sec btw sets

a1) Military Press 5 @ 135, 3 @ 145, 1 @ 160/185/205/225/240 – wanted to switch from the plan today so I jumped on the scale and weighed 239lbs so I worked up to that.

a2) Band Pullapart with palms up 5 x 12

b1) Lat Pulldown 5 x 10

b2) Push-up with Football Bar and Band Behind Back 5 x 10

c1) Fat Bar Curl 3 x 15

c2) BTN Snatch Grip Press 3 x 15

c3) BW Triceps Extension 3 x 15
