Axle Clean and Press 5 @ 155, 2 @ 205, 1 @ 245, 3 x 1 @ 265 (belt), 1 @ 285 (belt) – last set at 265 and the 285 set felt the best, took a while to get the hang of this after not doing it for multiple years.
