c) Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 5 @ 240, 3 @ 275, 3 @ 305 – pause first rep of each set.

d1) Walking Lunge 3 x 10 @ 45lbs

d2) KB Swing 3 x 10 @ 60lbs

d3) Calf Raise 2 x 15
