Strength & Conditioning

In-Person Strength and Conditioning in a State of the Art Facility is available.

$85/hour for Private Training (one on one).

Semi Private:

– 2 people: $50 per person

– 3-4 people: $35 per person

 

Team Training is available for groups of 5 or more. Please contact jfoleystrength@gmail.com for details and pricing.

Introductory Package

Includes:

Package 1: 4 x In-Person Strength and Conditioning Sessions + 4 Weeks of Programming for $450

Package 2: 2 x In-Person Strength and Conditioning Sessions + 4 Weeks of Programming for $350

Online Training

Cost is $100 for 4 weeks of Programming or $250 for 12 weeks of programming.

Training programs aimed to improve an athlete’s mobility, speed, agility, power, strength and endurance. This is a total package that ensures performance improvement and injury prevention. Each program will be provided in 4 week blocks to be updated and reviewed at the end of each week.

Consultations

In-Person or phone consultations are available at $50 for 30 minutes and $75 for 1 hour.

This can be used to discuss programming, technique, diet, goals, etc.

Seminars

Seminars are available to teach Athletic Performance, Strongman Training, Mobility, Injury Prevention and Powerlifting.
