a3) Throw – scoop, push press, slam x 10 each

PM

McGill Curl-up 2 x 10/8/6 sec

Birddog 2 x 10

Lat Pulldown 4 x 12

Front Squat 3 x 5 @ 225 + hip circle, 3 x 3 @ 275 + hip circle

Side Lunge with band resistance 2 x 8

Rotational Lunge with band resistance 2 x 8

Reverse Lunge with band resistance 2 x 8
